This site describes Ophthalmic Workforce Operations, the technician staffing software from Kestrel Ridge Health. It exists to explain what the software does, what has been measured, and on what data. It is information, not advice about your clinic, your staffing, your compliance obligations or your legal position. Do not act on it as though it were.

Kestrel Ridge Health is the operating name of a founder-operated business in Cleveland, Ohio, not a separately incorporated company.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by reading it, by using the contact form, or by writing to us. Any engagement between us begins with a signed written agreement and is governed by that agreement.

Prices shown on this site, including the Phase Zero fixed fee starting at $7,500, indicate where pricing starts. What you would actually pay depends on scope and is set in a written agreement. We may change prices on this site at any time.

What this site says an engagement includes, what it measures and when it would stop describes how we intend to run one. The scope, the gates and what happens at each of them are set in the signed agreement, and that agreement governs if the two ever differ.

Every accuracy, error and coverage figure on this site was measured on a validation set the software generated for itself. None of it was measured on data from a clinic, and none of it predicts what the software would do on yours. We give no warranty, express or implied, that any figure here will be reproduced anywhere else.

We try to keep this site accurate and current. We do not promise that it is free of error, or that it will be available without interruption.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Kestrel Ridge Health or are used by it with permission. The typefaces are Public Sans, Source Serif 4 and IBM Plex Mono, third-party fonts served from this domain under the SIL Open Font License. The moving footage was produced with a generative video tool rather than filmed, so how far anything can be owned in it is unsettled, and we make no claim beyond our own use of it. The names Kestrel Ridge Health and Ophthalmic Workforce Operations identify our product. You may read this site, print it, and share links to it. You may not copy it into a competing product, republish it as your own, or represent yourself as connected to us.

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain access to anything on it that is not published, interfere with its availability, or use it to send anyone unlawful or misleading material.

Where this site links to a page we do not run, we link to it for reference. We do not control it and we are not responsible for it.

To the extent the law allows, Kestrel Ridge Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, or for any decision you make on the strength of what it says. This clause is about the website. It does not limit anything we agree in a signed contract, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
