Privacy
Privacy notice.
This notice covers this website only. It describes what the site does today. If we change how the contact form works, or add any measurement to the site, this notice changes with it.
Who we are
Kestrel Ridge Health is the operating name of a founder-operated business in Cleveland, Ohio, not a separately incorporated company. It operates this website and is responsible for the handling described here. Cleveland, Ohio is where the business is based; there is no office open to visitors, and there is no postal address published on this site. You can reach us at hello@kestrelridgehealth.com.
What this site collects
Nothing, by any means of our own. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no chat widget. It loads no third-party scripts and no third-party fonts. The typefaces are files served from this domain.
There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to.
The contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your organisation, your email address and a message. Today the form does not send anything to us or to anyone else. Pressing the button opens your own mail client with those fields written into a draft message addressed to us. Nothing leaves your computer until you press send there, and nothing is stored on this site.
If we later connect the form to a form service so that it posts directly to us, we will update this notice to name that service and say what it receives, before that change goes live. The form page will also say which of the two is happening at the time you use it.
The waitlist
The waitlist asks for an email address and nothing else. Today the button opens your own mail client with that address written into a draft message to us, in the same way the contact form does. We use the address only to tell you when Kestrel Ridge Health opens to new clinics. Ask us to remove it and we will, and we will not use it for anything else in the meantime.
Any message we send to a waitlist address says who it is from, gives you a way to stop hearing from us, and carries the postal address the law requires of a commercial email. We act on a request to stop promptly, and we do not sell or pass the list to anyone.
What we do with what you send
We use your name, organisation, email address and message to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to carry on the conversation you started. We use a waitlist address only to tell you when the product opens to new clinics. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising technology anywhere in this site or in our contact handling.
If you send us business information in the course of an enquiry, we treat it as confidential to that conversation.
Third parties involved in running this site
We do not use any of the following to measure you. They are the infrastructure the site runs on, and each of them sees the technical information any host or network provider sees.
- GitHub Pages hosts the files. GitHub receives standard server request information, which includes your IP address, when your browser asks for a page. GitHub privacy statement.
- Cloudflare provides DNS for this domain and routes mail sent to our address. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google holds the mailbox that our address delivers into, through Cloudflare Email Routing. A message you send to us is stored there in the ordinary way email is stored. Google privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and your contact details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and to keep ordinary business records of who we spoke to and about what. When we no longer need them for either purpose we delete them. If you would like your enquiry and your details removed sooner, write to us and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to contact you again. Write to hello@kestrelridgehealth.com and say which. We will act on the request or tell you why we cannot. Some privacy laws grant these rights to residents of particular states against businesses of a particular size. We are offering them to everyone who writes to us rather than asking you to establish that a statute reaches us.
Children
This site sells software to eye care organisations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this notice
If what the site does changes, this notice changes first or at the same time, and the effective date below changes with it.
