Accessibility
Accessibility statement.
What we are aiming at, what we checked and on what date, and the limitations we know about. A target is not a certificate, and this page does not claim to be one.
The target
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA across this site. That is the standard we work to. It is not an audit result and no third party has certified this site against it.
What we checked, and when
Checked on 8 September 2026.
- An automated Lighthouse accessibility audit on the home page and on the contact page. Both returned a score of 100 with no failing audits. An automated pass finds a subset of problems and cannot substitute for testing with assistive technology.
- A manual keyboard pass over the navigation, the inner pages and the contact form: reaching every link and control by tab, a visible focus indicator, a skip link ahead of the navigation on the inner pages, and form errors that are announced, named on the field they belong to, and moved to on submit.
- The site sets no time limit, plays no audio, and carries no flashing content.
Known limitations
Two layouts, one set of content
On a phone the home page is laid out as ordinary static text with still images, in normal reading order. On a wider screen it tells the same story through video that advances as you scroll, and where a browser or operating system reports a preference for reduced motion that page holds still instead. The inner pages carry the same material as ordinary text and are reachable from the navigation on every page. If you would rather start with text, start at Product or How it works.
The video clips have no captions
The three clips on the home page carry no speech and no audio track. They are decoration, and no information appears in them that is not written in the text beside them, so there is nothing for a caption to carry. They are muted and cannot be made to play sound.
What has not been tested
We have not run a screen reader test with a user of assistive technology, and we have not had an independent accessibility audit done. Both are worth doing and neither has been done. Saying so is more useful to you than a claim of conformance we cannot support.
If something on this site blocks you
Write to hello@kestrelridgehealth.com and say which page and what happened. If you cannot use the contact form, that address reaches the same person, and everything on this site is also available as plain text on request.
Effective 8 September 2026.
