Phase Zero is a fixed fee, scoped to your clinic. Ask for a quote. You send an operational export. You get back a forecast trained on your own history, scored against the ratio you use today, and a written recommendation on whether to go further.

What the engagement involves
What you send
Historical sessions with appointment counts by type, a complexity flag, the site, the provider, the half-day, and realized technician minutes. Patient identifiers stay in your systems. How the export is prepared, including whether it is protected health information in your hands, is agreed with your privacy office before anything moves.
What you get back
A model retrained on your history, its error against the fixed ratio and the historical mean, interval coverage, the subspecialties it handles worst, and a recommendation to continue or to stop. If it does not beat your current rule, that is the finding, and it is yours to keep.
Production use with protected health information is a later step, under a business associate agreement and a security review.
