Phase Zero is a fixed fee starting at $7,500. It runs on de-identified operational data you already hold: per-session counts by appointment type, complexity flags and realized technician minutes, with no patient identifiers leaving your clinic. The first conversation is about what you can export, who owns the decision to stop, and whether a forecast beats the ratio you use today.
